Food taste was good but I really didn't like the dance thing in the restaurant.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Generally, I don’t write reviews whether it’s good or bad. But I feel compelled to write about this horrible experience to save others from stepping their foot into this this restaurant. Dinner for 1 person and hookah cost around $60. The food and hookah are decent but not worth the price. You will get better customer service and experience in so many places for a lot less than $60. The staff/ service are very very poor. The most horrible service you I ever seen. Repeatedly, I had to get up and ask for things I need including basic necessities such as silverware, napkins, water and charcoal. Finally, got tired of waiting for charcoal and had to leave without even finishing the $25 hookah. Avoid going to this place. There are other nice and friendly hookah places within 2-5 miles including ethnic foods like Ethiopian, Indian, and afghan restaurants.

Customer service is bad. Heating is not on. The waiter spilled the tea. Food was tasteless and pricing is high

Absolutely delight. Tried the 3 course menu for dinner with lamb and chicken. Very tasty and meat is tender cooked. Loved it. DJ is awesome.

It's nice place to eat and chill with you friends or lover, but theres a thing about the lights!! It's little dark they need to light the place up little bit. Thanks

We went there with coworkers. We liked the food and the belly dance but the service was slow. We didn't mind sitting there for a while but our dining toke almost four hours. Otherwise I recommend the place.

Attended the magic show with magician Jay Abraham. I've seen some of the best magicians perform, and this show was truly remarkable. A masterful performance and a great, intimate vibe. Great food before hand as well. Highly recommended if you like watching a passionate performer do things you simply cannot imagine.

A magical evening. Jay Alexander is a charming personality. He wowed the audience with his mastery. Children and adults alike thrilled to his complex feats of mental gymnastics. It was a totally fascinating evening. Maestro Alexander is a truly gifted performer. The Marrakech Theatre and Oasis Lounge have a mystical ambience. Go! You won't regret it.

Only people there on a Monday. Great service and enjoyed the Moroccan food which was retry authentic. Had two lamb tajines both of which were really good. Overall a great spot

Moroccan food and the atmosphere here is quality. arrived at seven, it wasn't crowded. i will be back with my friends. the bill was average for the menu. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.

Weird experience! Good hookah to be honest but ordering food was impossible. We were given a menu 3 or 4 times only for a different worker to come by and tell us the kitchen was closed. Ultimately something was ordered by what I assume to be an owner (or related to the owner). Simply put, good hookah, strange service, and very loud music. Get ready to party when coming here.

Bad shisha and very very very slow service .. and expensive shisha comparing to all places in SF

Enjoyed the food and dark ambience in the busy downtown neighbourhood of SF. Their recommended three course meal with lamb and chicken is very economical and worth the money. Morocco rice and tea served with the dinner are surprisingly very good.

I've never written a bad review before in my life. This experience was out of control. We waited over an hour to order, then over an hour for the food to arrive but they screwed up most of the order and one in our party didn't get their food. Another 45 minutes later for the check... bad.

Great ambience great food. Large portions; one dish is good for sharing between two people. A 5 course meal is more than enough for two. The minty green tea is quite unique, definitely try that!

food is very good and the atmosphere is wonderful. I loved the decors and seatings, very authentic Moroccan style. I didn't like that the Service was slow although it was a weeknight, and thankfully there was no belly dancer. .

The 2 stars are for the music and the scenery/setup. Everything else is 0 stars and I rarely give a bad review. My wife and I came in on a slow day (only people in the place). We were never asked once if we needed anything. The hookah wasn’t all that and they never changed the coals. You would think it’s really easy to take care of the only 2 people in your place. If you’re limited on time in San Fran and want to make the most of your night this really isn’t the place for you.

Poor customer service hookah took longer than food (45 mins)had to keep asking for more water asked for the check twice asked for Togo box twice and the staff didn’t care about anything. Will never go there again.

Man it’s stinks.. hookah is discussing. He bring a fresh hookah with 2 almost done coals! We left. Wasn’t even worth complaining.

Extremely slow service...you have to ask them over and over again to bring what they have missed and they act clueless about it. It's not just us, Decent fresh clean food but nothing special...never going back, that's for sure!!!

The food is quite delicious. The service is beyond excellent. However it is pricey. If you're looking for a fun, delicious dinner and don't mind paying for it, this is worth your time.

Amazing food, amazing sheesha, and a sweet dance floor with world music playing!The lamb dish came with a huge pair of lamb chunks! I had the 4 course meal that they highly recommend, and for good reason. The soup, the salad, the entree and the dessert were all lovely. Not Earth shattering, but certainly above average.That they could serve great meals with decent Hookah and music was really the clincher. Definitely a spot to visit on a Saturday night for sheesha and good food.

Moroccan tea? I like it, but the one here was without taste, quality of water was not good, temperature was just warm. Hookah? The one here was.. not good. But you should now that hookahs in SF are usually not good. Baba ganoush? They told it is called here “eggplants salad”. It is not baba ganoush. It is.. not good. We asked for fork because they didn’t bring one... three times.My visit here was not meeting my expectations. And they could do better for the price they ask, for sure.The outside of this place as well as interior look fine, but the inside is less exciting. Belly dance was good too - lady there worked hard.

It is always a blast! Love Arabic, Moroccan music. They also play Indian, Latin, American music. You must go! They have belly dancers!!!

Food is amazing but the service is horrible. Took forever to take our order and then we finished eating before the drinks came even though we reminded them to get the drinks.Really disappointed.

The place is cool and authentic. The food was good and I liked that they have Moroccan beer and wine. However, the service is the worst I've gotten since I moved to the city eight years ago. They kept forgetting about the orders - we had to order each thing three times, and when I asked for napkins they brought me a cloth towel I had to share with two other people. It's pretty sad because the place has a lot of potential.

Great service professional amazing food lack of hookah flavors but you may combine to make good stuff I like the strawberry mint. The green tea is amazing if you want a hookah and mojito this is a no brainier. The couscous Royale was fall off the bone tender and delicious

We showed up at 5pm when they opened. We were the first ones there and sat down in the back. After a few minutes she took our order. That was the last time she ever helped us. After about an hour we were able to flag someone down to help us. He replaced our hookah but we both still had empty drinks. 30 minutes later we asked for our check and left. The service was terrible. I did walk buy someone with some food and it looked good. But the service man. It was just so terrible.

Great food and atmosphere. Authentic decor and experience. Shared the 5 course meal and it was very filling. Close to the real thing in Morocco. Would go back.

A+ Amazing experience!! Great belly dancers, food was new to me but yum(lamb with honey drooling🤤) and the atmosphere was EVERYTHING!! We arrived before 8pm for good seats and drinks and were happy to get our food quickly as the crowd had not arrived yet. After 10pm the crowd picked up, the dance floor stayed full and it was so good to see so many smiling faces having a great time. It was a friend's b'day and she got a special treat along with shout outs all night and the DJ even met every personal request!😄 A bit $$ honestly but sooo worth it! I'm looking for someone to bring so I can visit again tonight! ✌
